HOT PROPERTIES OWNER EARNS PRESTIGIOUS "CDPE" DESIGNATION
San Francisco (December 26, 2008) Hot Properties owner Drew Klein, today earns the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.
The CDPE designation is a nationally recognized certification achieved by only those agents who have dedicated their time and effort to understanding the issues distressed homeowners are facing. To date, only 850 agents nationally have achieved the CDPE designation status.
The CDPE designation equips agents when entering the distressed property market-through knowledge of short sales, REO's, pre-foreclosures and in working with investors. "Having the CDPE designation is invaluable as I work with sellers and their lenders on complicated short sales", said Hot Properties owner, Drew Klein. “It’s rewarding offering homeowners alternatives to foreclosure which virtually destroys ones credit rating.”
